Fixed dose combination of Paracetamol & Tramadol provides better pain relief than the individual molecules. Moreover, after surgery, tramadol inj. often prescribed to relieve post operative pain. But, injection generally given for short time. In this case this combination would be effective as maintenance therapy of post operative pain. Apart from this, paracetamol & tramadol combination shows excellent efficacy against painful osteoarthritis flare, traumatic pain & low back pain.
