Flubex® is a preparation of Flucloxacillin. It acts in in a similar way to penicillin by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis. Flubex® is indicated for the treatment of infections due to gram positive organisms, including infections caused by beta lactamase producing staphylococci.
