So, its chemical structure is unrelated to banzodiazepines, barbiturates, or other drugs with known hypnotic properties. It interacts with the gamma aminobutyric acid-benzodiazepine (GABA-BZ) receptor complex. It is indicated for the short-term treatment of insomnia.

Keolax® is indicated for the relief of acute or chronic anxiety, tension and agitation. The recommended oral dose is 20-30 mg daily in divided doses or as a single dose given at night.
Melev

Melev® tablet contains Paroxetine Hydrochloride. Paroxetine is a potent selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor (SSRI). Paroxetine selectively inhibits neuronal re-uptake of serotonin (5-Hydroxy Tryptamine, 5-HT) which potentiates serotonergic activity in the central nervous system, which appears to be associated with antidepressant activity. Studies at clinically relevant doses in humans have demonstrated that Paroxetine blocks the uptake of serotonin into human platelets. Memorin® contains Donepezil Hydrochloride which is a reversible inhibitor of the enzyme Acetylcholinesterase. Current theory on the pathogenesis of the cognitive signs and symptoms of Alzhemier's Disease attribute some of them due to a deficiency of cholinergic neurotransmission. Donepezil is is postulated to exert its therapeutic effect by enhancing choilinergic function. This is accomplished by increasing the concentration of Acetylcholine through reversible inhibition of its hydrolysis by Acetylcholinesterase. Memorin® is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate dementia of the Alzhemier's type. It is currently proved to be effective in dementia of vascular origin and in attention deficit of children. The dose is simple once daily.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved oral eszopiclone on December 15, 2004. It is the S-isomer of zopiclone, which has been available in Europe since 1992. Sensipin
( Clozapine Tablet )
Sensipin® tablet contains Clozapine which is an atypical neuroleptic and dibenzodiazepine. Sensipine® is indicated for refractory psychoses, psychotic patients with severe extrapyramidal symptoms with other treatments, and psychotic patients with severe tardive dyskinesia woth other treatments. Compared to classic antipsychotics, Sensipin® produces fewer major extrapyramidal reactions such as acute dystonia, parkinsonian-like side effects and akathisia. In contrast to classic antipsychotics, Sensipin® produces little or no prolactin elevation, thus avoiding adverse effects such as gynaecomastia, amenorrhoea, galactorrhoea, and impotence.
Seropam

Vomec
( Meclizine Hydrochloride Tablet )
Vomec® is a piperazine-derivative antihistamine that used as an antiemetic. It has antiemetic, anticholinergic and antihistaminic properties. The antiemetic and antivertiginous action of Vomec® is due to the reduction of sensitivity of labyrinthine apparatus and inhibition of the conductivity of vestibular-cerebellar pathways. The action may be mediated through nerve pathways to the vomiting center (VC) from the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ), peripheral nerve pathways, the VC, or other CNS centers. Vomec® works up to 24 hours and is safe in pregnancy. Vomec® is indicated for prevention and treatment of nausea, vomiting, motion sickness, radiation sickness and vertigo associated with the diseases of the vestibular system (e.g. Meniere's disease, labyrinthitis and other vestibular disturbances).
