Respira^® (Levosalbutamol Sulphate INN) is a single isomer bete-2-agonist that differs from recemic salbutamol by elimination of (S) Salbutamol. Respira^® in indicated for the treatment of prevention of bronchospasm in adults, adolescents, and children with asthma and COPD. Respira^® assures less systemic load and is now available in 1 & 2 mg tablet, syrup and inhaler forms.
