Deflux

Deflux® is a preparation of domperidone. It is a dopamine receptor blocking agent. It is highly effective for the treatment of gastrointestinal motility disorders such as GERD, diabetic gastroparesis, bloating etc. Its action on the dopamine receptors in the chemo-emetic trigger zone produces an anti-emetic effect. Therfore, it also highly effective for the treatment of nause, vomiting too.

Emonium ® is a preparation of Tiemonium methylsulfate 50 mg tablet. Emonium ® is an antispasmodic drug. It reduces muscle spasms of the intestine, biliary system, bladder and uterus. It stabilizes the cell membrane by reinforcing the binding of calcium with membrane phospholipids. The result is the inhibition of the release of calcium from membrane & blocks intracytoplasmic influx of calcium. Thus Emonium ® inhibits the contraction of smooth muscle and relieves pain. Emonium ® also competitively antagonizes the action of acetylcholine & histamine H1 and reduces the muscle contraction. It is indicated for pain in gastrointestinal, biliary, urinary and gynaecological diseases such as gastroenteritis, diarrhea, dysentery, biliary colic, enterocolitis, abdominal pain, cholecystitis, colonopathies, mild cystitis & spasmodic dysmenorrhea.
Emonium Injection

Neoceptin® R is a histamine H2 receptor antagonist. It inhibits basal and stimulated secretion of gastric acid. It is indicated for the treatment of duodenal ulcer, benign gastric ulcer, post-operative ulcer, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger Ellison syndrome and in other conditions where reduction of gastric acidity is beneficial. Neoceptin® R is rapidly absorbed after oral administration. Food or antacid does not interfere its absorption.
Neoceptin R IM/IV Injection

Ranitidine is a specific, rapidly acting histamine H2-antagonist. It inhibits basal and stimulated secretion of gastric acid, reducing both the volume and the acid and pepsin content of the secretion. Neodrop
( Simethicone Paediatric Drops )
Neodrop® Paediatric Drops is an antiflatulent and anticolic containing simethicone. Simethicone USP contains 4 to 7% w/w of silicon dioxide. Each ml drop contains 67 mg simethicone USP. Neodrop® (simethicone) is used as an antiflatulent to relieve symptoms commonly referred to gas including upper GI bloating, pressure, fullness or stuffed feeling. It is indicated in Flatulence, abdominal distention, fullness, gas and windy colic. Neodrop® can also be used prior to gastroscopy to enhance visualization and prior to radiography of the intestine to reduce gas shadows.
Opton
( Esomeprazole Tablet )
Opton® is a S-isomer of omeprazole. It is a specific inhibitor of the acid pump in the parietal cell. Opton® is indicated for the healing of erosive esophagitis,long term management of esophagitis, symptomatic GERD & in combination with antibacterials for the treatment of duodenal ulcer associated with H.pylori. Dosage schedule is 20 or 40 mg once daily for 4 to 8 weeks.
Pantobex
( Pantoprazole Tablet )
Pantobex® contains Pantoprazole in delayed release tablet form. Pantoprazole is chemically a novel substituted benzimidazole derivative, which suppresses the final step in gastric acid production by forming a covalent bond to two sites of H +- K+ ATPase system at the secretory surface of the gastric parietal cell. This leads to inhibition of both basal and stimulated gastric effect that persists longer than 24 hours. Pantoprazole is quantitatively absorbed and its bioavailability does not change up on multiple dosing. Pantobex® is indicated in the Peptic ulcer diseases, Gastroesophageal reflux diseases(GERD), ulcers induced by the NSAIDs.
Proceptin
( Omeprazole Capsules )
Proceptin® contains omeprazole that belongs to the group of Proton Pump Inhibitor. Proceptin® works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. Proceptin® is mostly used to treat stomach and duodenal ulcer disease (also known as peptic ulcer), stop these ulcers from coming back, treat reflux oesophagitis (also known as reflux). These problems are caused, in part, by too much acid in the stomach. This can lead to pain such as heartburn. Proceptin® is also used to treat Zollinger-Ellison disease.The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Omeprazole, the first over-the-counter treatment for frequent heartburn.

The active ingredient of Yamadin®20 and Yamadin®40 tablet is Famotidine. Famotidine is a novel, highly specific and potent competitive H2- receptor antagonist. It has a rapid onset and prolonged duration of action. Famotidine reduces the acid and pepsin content, as well as the volume of basal, nocturnal and stimulated gastric secretion. Zymet
( Pancreatin Tablet )
Zymet® is a preparation of mammalian pancreas containing enzyme protease, lipase and amylase activity. It is indicated in chldren with reduced or absence of pancreatin exocrine secretion or with cistic fibrosis. It can also be used in adults in conditions with deficient pancreatic exocrine function. The usual dose is 1-3 tablets daily with meal or as directed by the physician.
