Tolmus is a preparation of Tolperisone is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that has been used for the symptomatic treatment of spasticity and muscle spasm. It effectively reduces hypertonicity, improves peripheral blood flow by vasodialation . It is used for painful musculoskeletal disorder with hypermyotonia and decreased mortality. It I indicated for painful muscle spasm, Multiple sclerosis, back pain, locomotor deseases, spinal corf injury.
