Lucidol Injection

Lucidol® (Tramadol Hydrochloride) is a centrally acting analgesic. Tramadol is a synthetic analog of codeine, however, Tramadol has a lower affinity for opioid receptor than codeine. It has less potential for abuse or respiratory depression than other opiate agonist, but both may occur.

Napa Extend
Napa® Extend is the preparation of Paracetamol 665 mg extended release formulation. It is formulated by dual granulation technology. There are two types granules in each tablet. 31% (206 mg ) is in immediate release form for immediate action and 69% (459 mg) in sustain release form for continuous pain relief for 8 hours.

Results of the published clinical literature suggest that Tramadol/Paracetamol, by reducing the incidence of adverse events, provides benefits for patients. Napa Extra
Napa® Extra is a mild analgesic and antipyretic formulated to give extra relief from pain and fever. It is a preparation of Paracetamol 500 mg and caffeine 65 mg. Paracetamol produces analgesia and Caffeine acts as an analgesic adjuvant and enhances the efficacy of Paracetamol.
Napa® Extra is recommended for the treatment of most painful and febrile conditions, for example, headache, including migraine, backache, toothache, rheumatic pain and dysmenorrhoea, and the relief of the symptoms of colds, influenza and sore throat.

Napa soft is a combination of paracetamol (an analgesic and antipyretic) and methionine (its antidote); this mixture is called co-methiamol. Paracetamol is used in the treatment of mild to moderate pain. It is also useful for reducing fever. Paracetamol is broken down to toxic compounds which are normally neutralised by a substance in the liver called glutathione. Glutathione is only produced in limited amounts, so the body cannot neutralise the excessive toxins resulting from a paracetamol overdose. This leads to liver damage.Methionine is a substance obtained from the diet and used by the body to produce glutathione. It is included in Napa soft to ensure levels of glutathione in the liver are maintained in order to minimize the liver damage caused if a paracetamol overdose is taken.
