Ultrafen® Plus is a combination product containing Diclofenac Sodium, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with analgesic properties, and Misoprostol, a gastrointestinal (GI) mucosal protective prostaglandin E1 analog. Diclofenac Sodium inhibits prostaglandin synthesis. A deficiency of prostaglandins within the gastric and duodenal mucosa may lead to diminished bicarbonate and mucous secretion and this may contribute to the mucosal damage caused by NSAIDs. Misoprostol can increase bicarbonate and mucous production & prevents gastric and duodenal ulcers. This combination is indicated for treatment of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis in patients at high risk of developing NSAID-induced gastric and duodenal ulcers and their complications.

This disorder is a real illness that can be successfully treated with clonazepam i.e. Xetril. Clonazepam (Xetril) is a well established and preferred drug of choice for panic and seizure disorders in Bangladesh.
Clonazepam (Xetril) is an anti-anxiety medication in the benzodiazepine family. Clonazepam (Xetril) acts by enhancing the effects of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. GABA is a neurotransmitter which inhibits many of the activities of the brain. It is believed that excessive activity in the brain may lead to anxiety or other psychiatric disorders. Clonazepam (Xetril) also is frequently used to prevent seizures.
Because of strong anxiolytic properties and euphoric side-effects clonazepam is said to be among the class of 'highly potent' benzodiazepines. Although benzodiazepines are valuable in the treatment of anxiety disorders, they have some potential for misuse and may cause dependence or addiction. The sedative effects of clonazepam (Xetril) are relatively weak, when compared to its strong anxiolytic and anticonvulsant effects, as well as when compared to most other benzodiazepines.

Naproxen and Esomeprazole Delayed Release Tablet
Dinovo® is a fixed dose combination of the proton pump inhibitor esomeprazole magnesium, with the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) naproxen in a single tablet.
Dinovo® is specifically indicated for the relief of signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis and to decrease the risk of developing gastric ulcers in patients at risk of developing NSAID associated gastric ulcers.
Dinovo® is supplied as a tablet for oral administration. The recommended initial dose is one tablet twice daily of 375 mg naproxen and 20 mg of esomeprazole or 500 mg naproxen and 20 mg of esomeprazole. The tablets are to be swallowed whole with liquid. Do not split, chew, crush or dissolve the tablet. Dinovo® is to be taken at least 30 minutes before meals.
