Bexitrol F
( Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate )
Salmeterol Xinafoate is a selective, long acting b2 agonist used in the treatment of asthma and other forms of diffuse airways obstruction. Fluticasone Propionate is a corticosteroid with mainly glucocorticoid activity. Fluticasone Propionate is stated to exert a topical effect on the lungs without systemic effects at usual dose. Bexitrol-F combines both ingredients in single inhaler. Bexitrol F is indicated in the regular treatment of asthma where use of a combination product (long acting b2 agonist and inhaled corticosteroid) is appropriate: 1. Patients not adequately controlled with inhaled corticosteroids and with "as needed" inhaled short acting b2 agonist or 2. Patients already adequately controlled on both inhaled corticosteroids and long acting b2 agonist.

Decomit HFA
( Decomit Dipropionate )
Decomit® HFA is a metered dose inhaler (MDI) contains beclomethasone dipropionate. It is environment friendly inhaler which contains ozone-benign propellant replacing CFC propellant. Decomit HFA is indicated in the maintenance treatment of asthma as prophylactic therapy in patients 5 years of age and older. Beclomethasone dipropionate is also indicated for asthma patients who require systemic corticosteroid administration, where adding Beclomethasone dipropionate may reduce or eliminate the need for the systemic corticosteroids.
Ipramid

Ipramid is a preperation of Ipratropium bromide which is a anticholinergic agent that works as a bronchodilator that dilates the bronchi in the lungs. It is used in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease associated with chronic bronchitis and emphysema. In chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cholinergic nerves going to the lungs cause narrowing of the bronchi by stimulating the muscles surrounding the bronchi to contract. An "anti-cholinergic" effect of ipratropium bromide blocks the effect of the cholinergic nerves, causing the muscles to relax and the bronchi to dilate.

Iprasol is a preparation of Salbutamol & Ipratropium bromide.Salbutamol is a beta2-adrenergic agent which acts on airway smooth muscle resulting in relaxation. Ipratropium Bromide is a anticholinergic agent that works as a bronchodilator that dilates the bronchi in the lungs. Iprasol provides the simultaneous release of ipratropium bromide and salbutamol allowing the synergistic efficacy on the muscarinic and beta2-adrenergic receptors in the airways to cause bronchodilation which is superior to that provided by each single agent and with no potentiation of adverse events.
Monocast

Monocast is indicated for the prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma in adults and paediatric patients 12 months of age and older. Monocast is indicated for the relief of symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and paediatric patients 2 years of age and older.

Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride, the active ingredient of Nazolin® nasal spray, is a sympathomimetic amine of the imidazoline class. Nazolin® is indicated for the following purposes as a nasal decongestant in allergic rhinitis, with or without the addition of topical antihistamines or sodium cromoglycate; as a nasal decongestant in sinusitis where there is evidence of obstruction of ostea to the sinuses; as nasal decongestant in otitis media where there is evidence of obstruction of eustachian tube, especially in subacute serous otitis media (glue ear) and otitic barotrauma; as a decongestant in an infective rhinitis(e.g. an acute viral upper respiratory tract infection). where there is a secondary bacterial infection, there is no evidence of benefit.

Perinase® nasal spray is an aqueous suspension of microfine Fluticasone Propionate for topical administration to the nasal mucosa by means of a metering, atomizing spray pump. The active ingredient Fluticasone Propionate is a synthetic corticosteroid.Perinase® nasal spray is indicated for the management of the nasal symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic and nonallergic rhinitis in adults and pediatric patients 4 years of age and older.

Respira® is a preparation of Levosulbutamol sulphate. It is a beta 2 agonist and indicated for the treatment or prevention of bronchospasm in adults, adolescents and children 4 years of age and older with reversible obstructive airway disease.
Tofen
Tofen® is a preparation of Ketotifen which has antiallergic & anti-anaphylactic properties is used in the prophylactic treatment of bronchial asthma & symptomatic treatment of allergic conditions including rhinitis & conjunctivitis.The prophylactic activity of Tofen® may take several weeks to become fully established. Tofen® will not abort established attacks of asthma.
Triomid

Nasomet (Mometasone) is a corticosteroid demonstrating anti-inflammatory properties. The precise mechanism of corticosteroid's action on allergic rhinitis is not known. Corticosteroids have been shown to have a wide range of effects on multiple cell types (e.g., mast cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, macrophages, and lymphocytes) and mediators (e.g., histamine, eicosanoids, leukotrienes, and cytokines) involved in inflammation.
