Hyprosol ®

Eye Drops Hypromellose 0.3% Ophthalmic solution )
Hyprosol? (Hypromellose or Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) eye drops belongs to the group of medicines known as ocular lubricants or artificial tear and used in the eye to relieve dryness and irritation caused by a reduced flow of tears. In certain circumstances Hyprosol? can reduce damage to the eye.
Hypromellose can also be used as a lubricant for artificial eyes and to moisten hard contact lenses.
The dose depend on the need of lubrication. Usually dose is three to four times a day in each eye or as prescribed. For very dry eyes, this preparation may need to be applied every hour.
Hypromellose can occasionally cause a mild stinging sensation in the eyes, which should soon disappear as your eyes adjust to the new drops. If this continues or becomes severe or if you experience headaches, eye pain, changes in eyesight or constantly red eyes stop using hypromellose.
Every plastic Dropper bottle contains 10 ml of 0.3% Hypromellose solution.

Tearex ®
(
Eye Drops Povidone BP 5% ophthalmic solution )
Tearex? contains Povidone BP 5%, a synthetic polymer consisting essentially of linear 1-Vinyl-2-Pyrrolidinone groups. Povidone is included in artificial tear preparation used in the management of dry eye.
Tearex? Eye Drops is used for the symptomatic treatment of dry eye conditions including keratoconjunctivitis sicca. It is also given as a substitute of tear fluid in case of unstable tear film or insufficient moistening of the eye surface.
The recommended dose of Tearex? is 1 drop 4 times daily or as required, depending upon the severity of the disease, to be instilled into the conjunctival sac.
Occasionally mild-transient burning or sticky sensation and very rarely irritation or hypersensitivity reactions are reported. Blurred vision after application may occur
Every plastic Dropper bottle contains 10 ml of 0.5% povidone.

Tearon ®
(
Eye Drops Polyethylene Glycol 400 0.4% and Propylene Glycol )
Tearon (Polyethylene Glycol and Propylene Glycol) is scientifically formulated to shield eyes from dry eye discomfort so that eyes feel moist and refreshed longer. This combination eye drop is indicated for the temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye.
The frequency of instillation of drops and the duration of treatment will vary depending upon the severity of the underlying condition and the response to treatment. Usually instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eyes.
If eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye occurs, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Every plastic dropper bottle that contains 10 ml sterile eye drops. Each ml contains Polyethylene Glycol 400 USNF 4 mg and Propylene Glycol BP 3 mg.
