Atolimus ointment contains Tacrolimus, a steroid-free topical calcineurin inhibitor, works by inhibiting T-lymphocyte activation. Atolimus ointment is indicated for the short-term & non-continuous chronic treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis, unresponsive eczema and inflammatory dermatoses in both adults & children (not less than two years of age). It is for topical dermatologic use, twice daily to the affected areas, is very effective for atopic dermatitis and severe eczema.

Burnsil^? is a local chemotherapeutic agent for prevention and treatment of burn wound infections. Silver Sulfadiazine disintegrates in the burn wound and thereby causing a slow and sustained release of silver ions. Silver ions bind to bacterial deoxyribonucleic acid, thus inhibiting the growth and multiplication of bacterial cells without affecting the cells of the skin and subcutaneous tissue. Burnsil^? cream has a broad antibacterial spectrum including virtually all microbial species likely to infect the burn wound: Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, strains of Proteus and Klebsiella; it is also effective against Candida albicans and other fungi. Burnsil^? (Silver Sulfadiazine) penetrates into the necrotic tissue and exudate. This effect is very important in view of the fact that systemic antibiotics are not effective against the bacterial flora of vascular burn necrosis.

Cosmotrin^? cream is a topical anti-acne preparation containing Tretinoin which stimulates mitotic activity and increases turnover of follicular epithelial cells, causing extrusion of the comedones, papules and pustules. It is indicated for topical application in the treatment of acne vulgaris in which comedones, papules and pustules predominate.

Econazole Nitrate is a broad spectrum antifungal agent. It is effective against various dermatophytes, yeasts and moulds. Moreover, it has activity against gram positive bacteria. Triamcinolone Acetonide is a potent corticosteroid with antiinflammatory,antipruritic and antiallergic activity. Ecotrim^? is indicated for dermatomycosis caused by dermatophytol yeast and fungus with clear inflammatory and allergic symptoms such as various eczematos mycosis, diaper dermatitis, eczema marzenetum, intertrigo, follicolitis, tricophytica and cycosis barbi. Ecotrim ^? is also indicated for the treatment of mycosis present in various folds of the body.

A stronger antispasmodic drug

Emonium ^? is a preparation of Tiemonium methylsulfate 50 mg tablet. Emonium ^? is an antispasmodic drug. It reduces muscle spasms of the intestine, biliary system, bladder and uterus. It stabilizes the cell membrane by reinforcing the binding of calcium with membrane phospholipids. The result is the inhibition of the release of calcium from membrane & blocks intracytoplasmic influx of calcium. Thus Emonium ^? inhibits the contraction of smooth muscle and relieves pain. Emonium ^? also competitively antagonizes the action of acetylcholine & histamine H1 and reduces the muscle contraction. It is indicated for pain in gastrointestinal, biliary, urinary and gynaecological diseases such as gastroenteritis, diarrhea, dysentery, biliary colic, enterocolitis, abdominal pain, cholecystitis, colonopathies, mild cystitis & spasmodic dysmenorrhea.

Clobetasol Propionate is a highly active corticosteroid with topical anti-inflammatory activity. The major effect of Clobetasol Propionate on skin is a non-specific antiinflammatory response, partially due to vasoconstriction and decrease in collagen synthesis. The use of Nystatin in the local treatment of candidal infections of the skin and of Neomycin as a broad-spectrum antibiotic is well known.Exovate ^?N cream is indicated in more resistant dermatoses such as recalcitrant eczemas and psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque psoriasis) where secondary bacterial or candidal infection is present, suspected or likely to occur, as when using occlusive dressings.

Furasep^? is broad spectrum topical antibacterial agent. It is indicated for the infectious conditions of the skin such as burns, wounds, wounds, ulcers, skin infections and skin grafting. It is available as cream preparation.

Fusidic^? Plus is an excellent combination of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs which is indicated in eczema and dermatitis with secondary bacterial infections, including atopic eczema, primary dermatitis and allergic and seborrhoeic dermatitis where the organisms are known to be or believed to be sensitive to Fusidic acid.

Gentosep^? is Gentamicin Sulfate which is a water soluble antibiotic of the aminoglycoside group, active against a wide variety of pathogenic gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.Gentosep^? cream is indicated for the topical treatment of the primary and secondary bacterial infections of the skin caused by the organisms sensitive to Gentamicin. Gentosep may clear infections that have not responded to other topical antibiotics.

Neosten^? has broad-spectrum antifungal action on dermatophytes, yeasts and other fungi. The mentioned dermatomycoses includes interdigital mycoses (e.g. athlete?s foot), paronychias (associated with nail mycoses), mycoses in skin folds, candida vulvitis, candida balanitis, pityriasis versicolor and erythrasma. Neosten^? cream is odorless, can be washed off, does not stain and when applied topically Neosten^? cream is well tolerated.

Noscab^? (Permethrin) Cream is a topical scabicidal agent for the treatment of infestation with Sarcoptes scabiei (scabies). Permethrin is a photo stable synthetic pyrethroid that possesses a broad spectrum of insecticidal activity including lice, ticks, fleas, mites and other arthropods and is generally rated as the safest insecticide because of its low primary toxicity.

Q-Rash^? is a diaper Rash Ointment.It is indicated to treat or prevent skin irritations (e.g., burns,bed sore, cuts, poison ivy, diaper rash).It protects chafed skin due to diaper rash and helps seal out wetness.

Tazarotene is a retinoid prodrug which is converted to its active form, the cognate carboxylic acid of tazarotene, by rapid deesterification. In cell culture and in vitro models of skin, tazarotene suppresses expression of MRP8, a marker of inflammation present in the epidermis of psoriasis patients at high levels. In human keratinocyte cultures, it inhibits cornified envelope formation, whose build-up is an element of the psoriatic scale.Tazarotene is used to treat plaque psoriasisof the skin. It also works to treat acne on the face.

Tenafin ^? (Butenafine Hydrochloride) is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent. Butenafine Hydrochloride is hypothesized to act by inhibiting the epoxidation of squalene, thus blocking the biosynthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes. Tenafin ^? (Butenafine Hydrochloride) cream is indicated for the topical treatment of the following superficial dermatophytosis: interdigital tinea pedis (athlete's foot), tinea corporis (ringworm) and tinea cruris (jock itch) due to E. floccosum, T. mentagrophytes, T. rubrum, and T. tonsurans. In the treatment of interdigital tinea pedis, Tenafin ^? should be applied twice daily for 7 days or once daily for 4 weeks. Patients with tinea corporis or tinea cruris should apply Tenafin ^? once daily for two weeks.

Terbex^? is a preparation of Terbinafine hydrochloride. Terbinafine is an allylamine with a range of antifungal activity. It is fungicidal against dermatophytes, moulds and certain dimorphic fungi. Terbinafine is either fungicidal or fungistatic against yeasts, depending on the species. Terbinafine interferes with fungal ergosterol biosynthesis by inhibiting squalene epoxidase in the fungal cell membrane at an early stage. This leads to a deficiency in ergosterol and to intracellular accumulation of squalene, resulting in fungal cell death. Terbex^? cream is indicated for the treatment of the following dermatological infections: interdigital tinea pedis (Athlete?s foot), tinea cruris (jock itch) or tinea corporis (ring worm) due to susceptible organisms and planter tinea pedis (mocasin type) due to Trichophyton spp. Terbex^? tablet is indicated for the treatment of onychomycosis of the toe nail or finger nail due to dermatophytes and also by non-dermatophyte fungi.
